Since law school, Josh has been passionate about fighting for children’s rights in juvenile court. Josh turned several juvenile court internships into a role as law clerk in Fulton County Juvenile Court for the late Honorable Willie J. Lovett, Jr. in 2013. Josh started practicing juvenile defense in 2016 in Fulton County, and eventually took a role as Supervising Attorney in Clayton County in 2020.

Josh is a Juvenile Law expert. He founded Georgia Children’s Defense, LLC after gaining years of experience defending youth in juvenile court. His firm is dedicated to representing youth and fighting for children’s legal rights in a broad range of cases.
